SEGi College Subang Jaya is a private university college in Malaysia that was established in 2006 and serves more than 5,000 students a year. SEGi offers a wide range of higher-education programs from foundation up to master’s level.

SEGi College Subang Jaya was seeking to improve students’ retention strategy with effective email communication and to increase students’ signup for recruitment events.

Before turning to elfo, SEGi relied on social media and digital marketing services to reach their students globally, but the data was inaccurate so we introduced SEGi to our marketing automation platform to boost their marketing campaigns and achieve their goals.

In order to reach and engage with the UEC market, SEGi implemented Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to promote their institution through students’ email.
