THE SOLUTION

Education institution on autopilot

Before turning to elfo, SEGi relied on social media and digital marketing services to reach their students globally, but the data was inaccurate so we introduced SEGi to our marketing automation platform to boost their marketing campaigns and achieve their goals.

In order to reach and engage with the UEC market, SEGi implemented Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to promote their institution through students’ email. We have provided SEGi the solution to create professional and personalized email campaigns using free pre-designed email templates and easy-to-use drag and drop builder. They also ran A/B tests to determine which email is the most effective and the best-performing version for their targeted students.

SEGi then utilized a unique email automation workflow to visualize their customer journey at every touchpoint. This tool also helped them to boost student retention and give a seamless and engaging experience to their students. We also introduced SEGi to email analytics which they can use to track their campaigns’ performance and generate reports to inform the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.
