Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (Sri Kota) is the flagship tertiary private medical centre that is located in the heart of Klang, Malaysia. Beginning operation in September 1999, Sri Kota is the first MSQH-accredited medical centre in Klang with 232 beds in a 9-story building that is fully equipped with modern facilities.  

Sri Kota was born with the goal of providing premium medical care in Klang and its vicinity. They strive to provide affordable, comprehensive and high-quality healthcare and healing that is readily accessible to the community. Sri Kota’s core disciplines are specializing in Heart, Spine and Cancer treatment and care. With 450 dedicated hospital staff and 80 highly-experienced consultants, Sri Kota is committed to providing excellent healthcare service to its patients while also ensuring patient’s safety and satisfaction.

THE GOAL

Grow social media audience and engagement

Sri Kota’s main goals are to grow their social media following, increase their engagement rate and drive brand awareness through their Facebook and Instagram channels within the Klang area.

THE SOLUTION

Boost healthcare social media engagement

The team took over Sri Kota’s social media management to run ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to promote their offerings within the targeted communities (Klang, Kuala Langat District, Kuala Selangor, Tanjung Karang, Sekinchan, Sungai Besar). Over the course of 6 months, elfo’s team worked with Sri Kota to raise their social media followings, engagement rate and brand awareness.   

One of the solutions was to organize giveaway contests for the public. In order to participate in the contest, participants needed to follow, comment, and share the posting on their own social media account. Moreover, we helped them with creating and advertising relatable and informative content for the hospital’s services. The goal was to educate the audience around the Klang area. 

To achieve their digital marketing objectives, we also ran Page Likes and Engagement campaigns for both of their social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) to promote their page and boost their posts. These strategies provide opportunities for people to engage with Sri Kota’s social media pages while also assisting Sri Kota in growing their accounts. 

THE RESULTS
