The annual awards ceremony, which was held virtually for the first time this year, aimed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of Malaysian individuals, students, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and organizations in contributing to the development of MSC Malaysia initiatives through applications and services that benefit Malaysians.

elfo received the accolade for its elfoA2P portal which allows users to easily blast out batches of SMS using the scheduler function, personalize each SMS according to users’ unique value, or automate SMSes with another platform using simple API integration. The portal’s comprehensive reporting feature also allows users to do real-time monitoring during SMS campaigns.
